The Resilience and Integrity Organization for Afghanistan (RIOA) is a non-profit, non-governmental, non-political, and non-partisan Afghan organization that was formally established in 2024. It was founded in response to the pressing needs of communities across Afghanistan, a nation marked by prolonged conflict, economic instability, and social challenges. Recognizing that sustainable development is essential for recovery and growth, RIOA aims to empower individuals and communities by providing them with the tools and resources necessary to thrive. Afghanistan has faced significant hurdles, including natural disasters, internal displacement, and limited access to essential services. RIOA’s mission centers on cultivating resilience within communities and promoting sustainable livelihoods. By addressing the interconnected areas of health, education, and economic opportunity, RIOA seeks to create a holistic framework for development that uplifts and empowers Afghan citizens.
